Structure by blocks
- Block 1: strength (e.g., squat, bench press).
- Block 2: cardio (e.g., short bike or run).
Monitor separately
Each block has its own load, duration, and heart-rate targets. Track both in the performance dashboard.
Avoid excessive overlap: leave at least 8 hours between intense stimuli of different natures.
